Basketball Training Program Fall 2017

The basketball program consists of fundamental training geared towards male & female athletes of all skill levels, ages 5-17, Each athlete will learn core terminology and movements to build upon their skills and improve their performance on the court.


Youths 13-17 years old: These athletes will participate in trainings that range from beginner to advanced levels that provide a challenging and organized circuit series, enhancing team-oriented play and fostering greater individual development
